We are seeking an experienced Insurance Account Handler to join our team at Get Recruited. As a key member of our Commercial Division, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the insurance requirements of our clients are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain regular contact with existing customers to ensure their insurance needs are met.
- Work closely with Account Executives and other Account Handlers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and underwriters.
- Assist in the broking of new business and the underwriting of new schemes.
Requirements:
- Insurance experience preferred, but not essential.
- Acturis experience would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, including telephone, verbal, and written.
