Job Title: Rotational Graduate Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Rotational Graduate Engineer to join our team at Veolia. As a Rotational Graduate Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of energy projects, from feasibility studies to bid development and construction phases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gain experience in the organisation and build close relationships with trusted suppliers to develop technical solutions and prepare quotations.
  • Build close relationships with operations teams to assist with understanding site operational support issues.
  • Develop skills to model the technical and commercial viability of various options and identify costs, energy and carbon savings opportunities.
  • Provide and develop technical capability through feasibility studies and option assessment on industrial and building services energy saving measures.
  • Identify and manage development Project Risks and effectively manage the risk escalation process.
Requirements:
  • Degree level qualification in a relevant engineering discipline such as Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Practical outlook to problem solving.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn new things and develop.
  • An enthusiastic, creative and solution-oriented thinker.
  • Drivers Licence (willingness to get one).
  • Willingness to travel if required.
