Join Our Team as a Trainee Teacher

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic teaching support team as a Trainee Teacher. As a Trainee Teacher, you will have the opportunity to work with children of varying ages and abilities, gaining valuable experience and qualifications in SEN education.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teaching and Support: Plan and deliver lessons focusing on communication and life skills, following individualised curriculum's.
  • Behavioural Support: Apply theory-based interventions to enhance the quality of life for pupils.
  • Personal Care: Encourage and support pupils in maintaining hygiene standards.
  • Progress Monitoring: Ensure teaching methods are effective and appropriate for each child's needs.
  • Additional Duties: Assist with break time supervision and support activities like playground and snack time.

Requirements:

  • Skills: Comfortable working with children who exhibit challenging behaviour and providing personal/intimate care when needed.
  • Composure: Ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations.
