Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Hotel Operations Manager to lead our operational teams in delivering exceptional customer service and driving commercial results. As a key member of our hotel management team, you will work closely with the General Manager to drive excellence throughout the hotel.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate operational teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive commercial results.
- Work closely with department heads to maximize commercial results, maintain a safe and secure environment, and enhance employee engagement.
