Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Catering Supervisor to oversee our food service operations at One Retail, a leading retail company. As a Catering Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring our kitchens and service counters run smoothly and delivering exceptional food experiences to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Food Preparation and Quality Control: Prepare delicious food to the highest standards, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish.
  • Team Supervision and Leadership: Supervise our culinary and catering teams to ensure they meet our high standards of food quality and customer service.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate regularly with your line manager to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets, and liaise with customers and our teams to ensure seamless service.
  • Brand Representation and Image: Represent One Retail and maintain a positive brand image by adhering to our company values and standards.
  • Health and Safety: Implement and review Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance across all catering and service teams.

Requirements:

  • Passion for Food and Service: Be passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional customer service.
  • Catering Experience: Have a minimum of two years of catering experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Team Management: Have experience managing teams in a similar role, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Certifications and Qualifications: Hold a Basic Food Hygiene certificate and be willing to obtain any necessary certifications or qualifications.
