Lead Creative Producer

As a seasoned creative leader, you will oversee the development of innovative concepts and designs that effectively communicate brand messaging across various media platforms. Your expertise in creative strategy and vision will drive the team's creative excellence and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and articulate a clear creative vision and strategy that aligns with the company's brand and marketing objectives.
  • Oversee the creation of innovative concepts and designs that effectively communicate brand messaging across various media platforms.
  • Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, from initial concept through final execution, within budget and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of creative strategies.
  • Review and approve all creative materials, ensuring they meet brand standards and project requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in a creative role, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management position.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work across multiple platforms.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute creative strategies that drive brand engagement and business growth.
  • Proficiency in creative software, such as Adobe Creative Suite.
