Salary: £47,321 - £53,237 per annum
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Faculty Operations Manager to join our team at Northeastern University London. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Faculty, including workload planning, report management, and strategic project leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective workload planning strategies to ensure the Faculty's operational efficiency.
- Manage and analyze reports, data, and documentation to support Faculty decision-making and policy implementation.
- Lead strategic projects and initiatives to drive Faculty growth and success.
Requirements:
- Master's degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in managing operations for a large unit in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with academic and professional staff.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
