Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to join our dynamic team. As a Personal Injury Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting our personal injury department. You will work closely with a Partner on a broad range of personal injury cases, including road traffic accidents, workplace injuries, public liability and medical negligence claims.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Partner with case preparation, including drafting legal documents, correspondence, and witness statements.
  • Assist in handling a caseload of personal injury and clinical negligence claims from inception to settlement under the supervision of a Partner.
  • Liaise with clients, medical professionals, counsel and third parties.
  • Prepare and submit court documents, including applications and statements.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience working as a Paralegal in a personal injury, litigation or clinical negligence department.
  • Strong understanding of the personal injury claims process.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
