As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for the preparation and integrity of management accounts, reporting to strict deadlines, and reviewing banking entries and reconciliations. You will also be accountable for the accuracy of period-end accruals and prepayments, overseeing the raising and timely payment of invoices, and cross-functional working with company departments. Additionally, you will provide support and analysis of spend and budgets, carry out weekly cash flow reporting, and perform fixed asset accounting. You will also be responsible for budget monitoring and preparation, taking ownership of KPI calculations, and being an ambassador for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

* Preparation and integrity of management accounts
* Reporting to strict deadlines
* Reviewing banking entries and reconciliations
* Accountability for accuracy of period-end accruals and prepayments
* Overseeing the raising and timely payment of invoices
* Cross-functional working with company departments
* Providing support and analysis of spend and budgets
* Carrying out weekly cash flow reporting
* Performing fixed asset accounting
* Budget monitoring and preparation
* Taking ownership of KPI calculations
* Being an ambassador for the company

Requirements:

* Previous experience in a similar role
* Availability at short notice
