Key Responsibilities
  • Site Finance Leadership
    • Lead by example, promoting and embodying the company's values and culture.
    • Drive strategic projects, including new business wins and operational setup.

    • Manage product costings, investigating deviations and promoting corrective action.

    • Work with Central teams to streamline reporting solutions using ERP, Power BI, and Excel.
    • Lead financial and operational achievement, driving accuracy, efficiency, and controls.
    • Experience in a manufacturing environment, with change management and system implementation skills.
    • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to command confidence and respect.
    • Passion, commitment, and high personal integrity, with a practical, pragmatic, and hardworking ethic.
    • Highly analytical, with the ability to delve into detail to drive improvements.
    • Good understanding of IFRS and local standards.
    • Fluency in English language skills.
    • Qualified accountant with at least 10 years' PQE.
