Receptionist (Day Cover) - Entertainment

We are seeking a skilled and experienced receptionist to provide day-to-day cover for our entertainment industry client in Slough. As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, manage the front desk, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the front desk, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors, welcoming and assisting them
- Answer and direct calls through the switchboard
- Maintain office calendars and manage meeting room bookings
- Handle office supply orders
- Provide ad-hoc administrative support when required
- Reasonable commute to SL1 Postcode
- Previous experience in a receptionist role
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Punctual, professional, and adaptable
