Care Support Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care Support Worker. As a Care Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing emotional and practical support to vulnerable adults in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong relationships with clients and their families to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Assist with personal care, domestic household tasks, and food preparation tailored to each individual's needs.
  • Support clients with medication, mobility aids, and personal equipment as required.
  • Report any significant changes in a client's health or circumstances to the Registered Manager.
