People Operations Manager

We are looking for a driven and career-focused People Operations Manager to become a vital member of our Senior Management Team at Morgan Advanced Materials.

Enablement & Mentorship:

Collaborate closely with our leadership team to ensure that employees thrive, promoting an environment where everyone feels appreciated and has a clear sense of direction.


  • Strategic HR Collaboration: Work in partnership across various departments, including Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Engineering, to implement strategic Organizational and People initiatives.
  • Training & Compliance: Ensure adherence to legal requirements and company policies while providing expert HR guidance to local management.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Oversee recruitment efforts to attract top talent and implement strategies for Talent Management to enhance skills and align with business objectives.

Talent Development:

Direct recruitment processes to secure the best candidates and execute Talent Management strategies that foster skill development and meet organizational needs.


  • Employee Engagement: Lead essential Employee Engagement initiatives, ensuring seamless business operations through a motivated workforce.

Qualifications:
A degree-level education complemented by relevant HR certifications or practical experience.

  • HR Proficiency: Extensive experience as an HR Generalist, ideally within Manufacturing or Lean environments, with a proven ability to coach senior leaders and enhance team performance.
  • Strategic Thinking: Capacity to think strategically while executing operationally, utilizing data to inform decision-making.
  • Global HR Perspective: Be part of a worldwide HR function that values creativity and adapts to the evolving demands of the workplace.
