Key Responsibilities- Commercial and Contract Management: Oversee the commercial and contract management of Street Lighting Maintenance/Installation projects, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction.
- Team Supervision: Monitor and supervise a team of Electricians, Operatives, and Sub-Contract Labour to ensure they fulfill their roles and responsibilities, promoting a culture of Safety, Quality, and Environmental best practice.
- Safety, Quality, and Environmental Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality procedures, conducting site audits and promoting effective communication to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Technical and Commercial Advancements: Stay up-to-date with new technical and commercial practices in the street lighting sphere, identifying potential new business opportunities and implementing innovative solutions.
- Qualifications: Preferably, an ONC in Electrical Engineering or similar, or a minimum of 5 Years' experience in the Management or Supervision of Street Lighting Contracts.
- Knowledge and Skills: Good working knowledge of NEC suite of contracts, IOSH/NEBOSH Health & Safety qualification, and high level of computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Leadership and Communication: Proven people management skills, ability to work unsupervised, and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
- Essential: A driving license is required.
