Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities and upselling/cross-selling our products and services.
- Prospect for new customers, utilizing our CRM system to manage leads and track sales activity.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotes, and proposals to customers.
- Collaborate with our operations team to ensure seamless delivery of our products and services.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Proven sales experience in a commercial or industrial setting, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, including the sales cycle, negotiation, and closing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software.
