About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to lead our growth in the North of England. As a key player in our rapidly expanding Vehicle Solutions company, you will be responsible for driving new business and selling short- and long-term vehicle rental solutions to fleet management and insurance companies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to expand our customer base in the North of England.
  • Sell and promote our vehicle rental and leasing solutions to fleet management and insurance companies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase sales.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in sales, rentals, or leasing within the automotive industry.
  • Strong business development and sales skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to improve sales performance.
