Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and refine health and safety initiatives that align with our business goals.
  • Enforce policies and procedures to guarantee adherence to safety regulations.
  • Educate and guide managers and staff to foster a culture focused on safety.
  • Oversee compliance with safety regulations and perform regular inspections at all gym locations.
  • Develop and sustain incident response plans and carry out comprehensive investigations.
  • Evaluate data to uncover trends and improve safety outcomes.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to maintain a strong safety reputation for the organization.
  • Create and uphold emergency response strategies and ensure staff preparedness.

Qualifications:

  • NEBOSH Diploma or an equivalent qualification.

  • Demonstrated success in crafting safety strategies for a national organization.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and IT capabilities.
  • Passion for health and safety with the ability to engage employees at all levels.
