This position also provides essential support to the entire practice team, balancing responsibilities between ultrasound operations and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Ultrasound Duties:

  • Monitor and document incoming referrals to the ultrasound service through various communication channels.
  • Prepare and distribute daily triage documentation for the sonographer's review.
  • Schedule appointments via written correspondence and phone calls, providing necessary preparation instructions.
  • Process and disseminate result reports following ultrasound sessions as required.
  • Maintain accurate billing records by entering data from all clinics into designated spreadsheets.
  • Manage a dedicated service line, addressing all inquiries and concerns.
  • Collaborate regularly with sonographers to ensure service standards are upheld, including the management of image downloads and completion of audits.
  • Coordinate with various sites to secure monthly room bookings.
  • Develop and manage monthly staff schedules.
  • Conduct end-of-month invoicing and reporting to relevant authorities.
  • Review and authorize invoices related to sonographer services and room rentals.
  • Oversee inventory management of service supplies.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management or partners.
