Job Description:

As a Content Creator Apprentice, you will be working within our Marketing Department to study towards a Level 3 Content Creator Apprenticeship over 16 months. Your primary responsibility will be to source, create, and edit high-quality content across all company-wide internal communications channels, ensuring effective delivery of internal communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To source, create, and edit content for multiple internal communication channels, including company and departmental emails, newsletters, lock screens, colleague giveaways, and events.
  • To publish content via all communication channels and circulate company emails.
  • To support the end-to-end process for the production and publication of the Jet2HolidayHouse newsletter.
  • To proactively source news articles from around the business to create engaging and compelling content, published in a timely manner.
  • To work with the Editors of the weekly, monthly, and quarterly newsletters to ensure that content is in line with brand guidelines and company standards, providing guidance, feedback, editorial support, and support in publishing the newsletters.
  • To collate, analyze, and distribute Internal Communications analytics.
  • To stay up-to-date with changes in technology required to create and manage content and to look for new and innovative ways to keep our colleagues engaged.
  • To support in the planning and execution of internal company events.
  • To ensure all content remains confidential before the information is issued.

Requirements:

  • A creative person with a natural flair for creative writing, copywriting, and proofreading.
  • A highly motivated team player, able to work accurately, follow process, meet deadlines under pressure, and have a 'can-do' attitude.
  • The ability to use Adobe Creative Suite or a good understanding of creative design.
  • GCSE Maths & English (or equivalent) at grade A-C (9-4).
  • Strong written English skills are essential.
  • You must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level in a similar subject.
  • Must have been resident in the UK for 3 years.
