**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies and video concepts that align with our brand and marketing goals.
- Ideate campaign ideas and create follow up detailed storyboards and shot lists to guide video production.
- Research current and stay ahead of the curve to ensure our content remains fresh and engaging.
- Operate video cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to capture high-quality footage.
- Edit raw footage from start to finish adding graphics, music, and special effects to create high quality video content whilst ensuring all videos are optimized for various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
- Monitor social media engagement and track performance metrics to optimise content strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Videographer/Content Creator, preferably in the fashion or e-commerce industry.
- Proficiency with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their video requirements.
- Excellent storytelling skills and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Portfolio showcasing your video production and editing work.

**More Details**:
Full-time hours: 40 hours per week

**Salary**: £27k-32k/year
