Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 + Progression Opportunities + 15% Pension + Training + Comprehensive Benefits Package + Overtime Opportunities

Location: Reading

We are seeking a skilled Sports Grounds Person to join our team at a prestigious university. As a key member of our grounds maintenance team, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing sports grounds and facilities within our expansive 'University within a Park'.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and enhance sports grounds and facilities to ensure they are safe and functional for students and staff.
  • Work collaboratively with the grounds maintenance team to achieve our goals and objectives.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in horticulture and grounds maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Experience in sports grounds maintenance or a relevant field.
  • Professional qualification in horticulture or similar.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
