Key Responsibilities- Provide reactive support for site automation issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to production.
- Develop and implement structured problem-solving approaches to resolve complex automation issues.
- Own and manage minor automation Capex projects, from conception to completion.
- Collaborate with the Automation Development team to ensure site-specific automation standards align with group-level standards.
- Maintain and monitor automation and electrical system software, ensuring version control and compliance with group standards.
- Liaise with the Automation Development team to ensure site-specific obsolescence management aligns with group-level strategies.
- Develop and maintain site-level obsolescence and improvement plans, focusing on the next level of controls.
- Evaluate performance data to inform automation OE activities, driving improvements in efficiency and operability.
- Manage site panel risk assessment registers, conduct periodic health checks, and implement remedial actions.
- Provide specialist automation support to site improvement initiatives, utilizing specialist skills and systems access to validate and analyze site data.
