We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Care Support Worker to join our team at Kimberley Court in Newquay. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing dignified personal care and support to our residents, helping them to maintain their independence and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living tasks, bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist residents with meals and snacks, promoting a safe and enjoyable dining experience.
- Support residents with their mobility and transfer needs, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times.
- Engage with residents in activities and conversations, promoting social interaction and a sense of community.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans, ensuring the unique needs and preferences of each resident are met.
