About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Crisis Recovery Worker to join our team at Ramsgate Safe Haven. As a Crisis Recovery Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, recovery-focused support to individuals experiencing mental health crises.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-to-one engagement and facilitate group-based activities to promote independence and social inclusion.
  • Work closely with Peer Support Workers and other Crisis Recovery Workers to deliver person-centered care.
  • Identify barriers and understand individual needs to support people in achieving their goals.
  • Collaborate with mental health primary and secondary care, emergency services, and partner agencies to ensure comprehensive support.
Requirements
  • Experience working in a community-based mental health setting.
  • Ability to inspire and engage people, with excellent motivational skills.
  • Understanding of working with people with complex needs, including mental health, learning, physical, and substance misuse.
  • Full driving license and access to transport.
  • Health and Social Care level 2 or 3 qualification, with a willingness to develop further.
