About the Role

Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled Matrimonial Solicitor to join their well-regarded matrimonial department in Cheshire. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for working on a privately funded caseload, handling complex family law matters, and providing exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of privately funded family law matters, including divorce, separation, and child custody cases.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on family law matters, ensuring they are fully informed and supported throughout the process.
  • Work closely with the team to develop and implement effective strategies for client engagement and retention.
  • Contribute to the development of the matrimonial department, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' PQE in family law, with a strong focus on matrimonial law.
  • Excellent technical skills, with the ability to build long-standing relationships with clients.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional client service and achieving high-quality results.
