About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Matrimonial Solicitor to join our well-regarded matrimonial department in Cheshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for working on a privately funded caseload, handling complex family law matters, and providing exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise clients on family law matters, including divorce, separation, and child custody disputes
  • Prepare and present court documents, including petitions and affidavits
  • Represent clients in court, advocating on their behalf and negotiating settlements
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and guidance throughout the process
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years' PQE in family law, with a strong technical skill set and excellent communication skills
  • A good understanding of family law principles and procedures
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on client service and satisfaction
