About the Role:
We are looking for a talented Transactional Finance Manager to become an integral part of our Finance team. This position will involve overseeing the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Credit Control functions to drive precision and effectiveness in our financial operations. Your role will encompass managing personnel, supervising invoicing and payment workflows, reconciling financial accounts, and assisting with audit inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and mentor the Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Credit Control teams
  • Analyze invoicing and payment procedures to enhance cash flow management
  • Reconcile intercompany financial accounts and assist with audit inquiries
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls and address customer/supplier inquiries
  • Oversee outstanding purchase orders and manage departmental activities
  • Formulate and execute policies to improve accuracy and operational efficiency
  • Engage with senior stakeholders and provide guidance on financial processes.

Desired Candidate:

  • Proven experience in finance team leadership and management
  • AAT qualified or actively pursuing CIMA/ACCA certification
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and business software
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Ability to interpret financial data and foster professional relationships
  • Dedication to ethical practices and compliance with financial regulations.
