The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR & Recruitment Administrator to join our team at ISBA Enterprises Limited.
As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our recruitment team, ensuring the smooth operation of our hiring processes.
Your primary duties will include:
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews with candidates
- Managing and maintaining accurate records of candidate applications and interview outcomes
- Providing administrative support to our recruitment team, including preparing and sending correspondence to candidates
- Assisting with the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and processes
In addition to your administrative skills, you will also be responsible for ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive employee and candidate information.
