About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an Engineering Graduate to embark on a career with a renowned precision sheet metalwork fabricator. You will be responsible for providing technical support and product advice, handling customer queries, and working with suppliers and fellow employees to develop effective manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and product advice to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with suppliers and colleagues to develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes
  • Design and develop innovative engineering solutions to meet customer needs
  • Utilize strong communication skills to interact with customers, suppliers, and employees
  • Research and resolve complex problems encountered during manufacturing and fabrication of components and assemblies

Requirements

  • Masters/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
  • Ability to demonstrate team leadership and collaboration skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • A natural problem solver with critical thinking ability
  • Adaptable and resilient with a commitment to continuous learning
  • Creativity and innovation in design and development
