In your role as a Site Engineer, you will be accountable for the following:
Grasp the specified solutions, communicate them to the working team, and ensure adherence to completion.
Initiate work and oversee a right-first-time delivery process Safely and sustainably execute projects within budget and timeline Monitor compliance to ensure all work meets required standards Produce necessary documentation promptly Effectively manage and support the workforce involved in project deliveryCandidate Profile
We are looking for individuals who possess the following qualifications:
HNC/HND/Degree in an engineering discipline is preferred, along with relevant site experience in the Utilities or Construction sectors Ability to navigate ambiguity, identify sensitive issues, and lead cross-functional teams toward effective solutions. Proficiency in collaborating across diverse interest groups to resolve complex operational and commercial challenges Experience in people management and strong relationship-building skills Commercial acumen with an understanding of budgetary and financial oversight.
