About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Zopa. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving their queries, and ensuring their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and phone
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints
  • Administer orders, including placement and amendments
  • Update customer accounts and provide support to the wider business
  • Identify and escalate any issues
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards
About You

We are looking for a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, who is able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple online chats. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office/Teams and have a positive, can-do attitude.

Working Arrangements

You will work 5 days a week, with a mix of early, late, and mid-shifts. You will also be required to work one in four weekends. We offer flexible working arrangements, including the option to work from home and abroad for up to 120 days a year.
