We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Part-Time Domiciliary Care Manager who will not only oversee the daily operations of our care services but also play a pivotal role in driving the growth and development of our business. This is a unique opportunity to combine your expertise in care management with your skills in business development and referrals.
Care Management:
- Oversee the delivery of high-quality domiciliary care services.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Manage and support care staff, conducting regular supervisions and appraisals.
- Develop and implement individual care plans, ensuring they meet clients' needs and preferences.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including local authorities, healthcare professionals, and community organizations.
- Create and implement strategies for generating referrals and increasing brand awareness.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Build and maintain a robust referral network to drive business growth.
Business Development:
- Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase market share and revenue.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including local authorities, healthcare professionals, and community organizations.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Build and maintain a robust referral network to drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Domiciliary Care Manager or in a similar role within the care sector.
- Strong understanding of regulatory standards and company policies.
- Compassionate and client-focused approach to care.
- Strong business development and referral generation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
