Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable compliance professional to join our team at SimX Ltd. As an Aircraft Compliance Manager, you will work closely with our directors to assess and implement compliance processes that support our growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and perform internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Implement compliance processes and procedures to maintain a high level of organization and efficiency.
  • Upload candidate compliance information to manager vendor portals for pre-employment checks.
  • Build effective relationships with account managers and audit teams at managed vendors.
  • Manage and process enhanced DBS checks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with directors to help grow the compliance department as the business expands.
