Position Summary: We are in search of a seasoned Luxury Retail Operations Leader to oversee a flagship location in a vibrant area. This role is pivotal in enhancing customer experience and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales and operational management of the boutique, ensuring a high standard of service and presentation.
  • Inspire and motivate the team to meet and exceed sales objectives.
  • Conduct thorough analyses of sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities for strategic planning.
  • Manage staffing schedules and ensure optimal team performance.
  • Oversee daily operations, addressing any challenges that arise promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with the retail operations manual and uphold company policies.
  • Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the store.
  • Coach and develop the sales team to enhance customer service and operational efficiency.
  • Identify and nurture high-potential employees to build a robust talent pipeline.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment to enhance team morale.

Financial Accountability: Responsible for the boutique's profitability by driving revenue growth and managing costs related to inventory, staffing, and operational expenses.

Inventory Management: Oversee stock procurement, inventory control, and ensure the boutique features the latest products and an updated catalog.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity within luxury retail.
  • Demonstrated leadership and management capabilities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.
