We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Presales Consultant to join our team at Intaso. As a key member of our pre-sales team, you will play a critical role in helping our clients navigate the complex world of cybersecurity.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Expertise: Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on cybersecurity, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in the security industry.
- Customer Collaboration: Work closely with our sales team to understand customer needs and objectives, leading the process of designing and reviewing solutions to meet customer requirements.
- Strategic Whiteboarding: Deliver strategic whiteboarding sessions to develop and implement security strategies, ensuring a strong focus on protecting an organization's technology infrastructure and data from cyber-attacks.
- Documentation and Training: Prepare detailed technical documentation to support the improvement of a customer's security estate, serving as a resource for general advice and guidance. Deliver technical training and enablement sessions to sales teams, partners, and customers.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to address technical challenges, provide solution recommendations, and overcome obstacles, building strong relationships based on trust, credibility, and expertise.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the wider pre-sales team, building relationships with sales, product managers, engineers, and service desk teams to drive overall business success in security.
- Over 2 years of experience in a pre-sales or similar role within a managed service provider (MSP) or reseller organization.
- Strong understanding of incident response stages and handling.
- Knowledge and/or experience with endpoint detection and threat management products.
- Good knowledge and awareness of global information security standards, including ISO27002, CIS, NCSE CAF, and NIST CSF.
- Advisor in advanced cybersecurity services, including SSE, SASE, SIEM, and MDR/EDR.
- Experience with security frameworks and/or market-leading solutions.
- Experience in recommending and designing solutions to meet compliance guidelines.
- Certifications in leading market solutions.
