Job Title: Academy Training Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Training Administrator to join our team at Redline Assured Security. As a key member of our training department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our training programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service Delivery: Provide exceptional support to our training team by maintaining accurate records, tracking prospective leads, and ensuring all training-related tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all documentation and processes are followed in accordance with ISO 9001 and company standards, promoting diversity and inclusivity in all aspects of our training programs.
About You:
  • Excellent IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • A qualification in Business Administration (Level 2) is desirable.
