About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager/Senior Project Manager to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a dynamic and growing business, we are looking for a professional who can help us deliver exceptional results and drive our continued success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Feasibility Studies: Conduct comprehensive feasibility studies to assess the viability of proposed projects, analyzing financial, technical, and operational aspects to provide clear recommendations.
  • Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
  • Contract Administration: Oversee the preparation and management of contracts with clients, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions, and managing any changes or disputes.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies, monitoring and managing risks throughout the project lifecycle to minimize impact.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.
