As the Bilingual Client Relations Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading a team of Client Executives to manage a variety of client inquiries in a customer-focused environment
- Facilitating the delivery of outstanding service while serving as a senior escalation point
- Training and mentoring the team to achieve high standards of performance and competence
- Conducting regular one-on-one meetings with team members and ensuring development plans are established
- Addressing client needs in accordance with departmental performance indicators

The ideal Bilingual Client Relations Supervisor will possess the following qualifications:
- Proven experience in a Team Leadership position within customer service or account management
- Fluency in both Spanish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in a fast-paced and demanding work environment
- Commercial awareness
- Capability to mentor and guide your team to achieve excellence
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to present effectively
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Familiarity with Oracle systems is a plus but not mandatory
