Compliance Officer - Admissions

Join our team at Canterbury Christ Church University as a Compliance Officer - Admissions, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the university's compliance with UKVI rules and regulations, as well as Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the university in maintaining compliance with UKVI rules and regulations
  • Process and support DBS checks
  • Respond to applicant and student enquiries via email, phone, and in-person
  • Home Office reporting on placements, Graduate Route visas, changes in student circumstances, and others as required
  • Participate in on-campus registration events
About the Role:

This is a dynamic and diverse role that offers the opportunity to become proficient in many areas of compliance. You will work within the Compliance team, which sits within the wider Admissions team. We are committed to supporting flexible methods of working, and although this is a hybrid role, there are periods during the year where you will be required to work on campus five days a week to meet the requirements of the job as student-facing.
