Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to join our team at Auto Skills UK. As a Parts Advisor - Inventory Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining stock levels, ordering specialist parts, and undertaking inventory checks to ensure all parts are delivered and are correct.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Handle the day-to-day running of the stores, ensuring a high level of service and quality.
  • Receipt and book in parts, serving both the front and back counter.
  • Book parts to job cards and check over job cards to ensure accuracy.
  • Carry out perpetual stock checks to maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Complete reports as required to support business operations.
  • Handle warranty and surcharge parts, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years commercial parts experience, ideally within a franchised dealership.
  • Strong product knowledge and awareness of promotions.
  • Ability to maintain strong and lasting relationships with customers.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary: £29,000 - £30,000 per annum, plus overtime and bonus.
  • Monday to Friday working hours, 8am to 4:30pm.
