Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in comprehensive corporate tax matters, including specialized areas such as EIS, EMI, and R&D.
- Participate in restructuring and corporate finance tax initiatives.
- Oversee a personal tax portfolio, tailored to align with your expertise and career aspirations.
- Assist with tax advisory services, including EIS and share schemes.
- Support M&A activities, reorganizations, and tax due diligence processes.
- Prepare R&D tax relief claims.
- Compile corporation tax computations and returns for larger, complex entities.
- Supervise and review basic corporation tax compliance to ensure timely submissions.
- Mentor junior staff members.
- Manage a personal tax portfolio, focusing on compliance and inheritance tax planning.
Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will possess ACA/ACCA/ATT/CTA qualifications or equivalent experience, with a background in corporate tax or a mixed tax environment. You should have advisory and planning tax experience gained within an accounting or tax boutique firm.
