About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fire Damper Compliance Supervisor to join our expanding team in Slough. As a Fire Damper Compliance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing fire damper testing, installation, and remedial works, ensuring all projects meet high standards and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee fire damper testing, fitting, and ductwork installation.
  • Manage the workload and on-site coordination of the compliance team.
  • Ensure all work meets regulatory health and safety requirements.
  • Maintain and manage equipment, ensuring it is serviceable and up to standard.
  • Act as the on-site point of contact for clients and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Provide training and support to new operatives as required.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • 100% attendance for all jobs.
  • No safety incidents or accidents.
  • Projects completed on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership and attention to detail, with the ability to motivate and manage a team to achieve high standards. They will possess excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of fire damper compliance and ventilation systems.
