Fire Damper Compliance Manager

CONSULT2RECRUIT is seeking a Fire Damper Compliance Manager to oversee fire damper testing, installation, and remedial works, ensuring all projects meet high standards and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the workload and on-site coordination of the compliance team.
  • Ensure all work meets regulatory health and safety requirements.
  • Maintain and manage equipment, ensuring it is serviceable and up to standard.
  • Act as the on-site point of contact for clients and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Provide training and support to new operatives as required.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • 100% attendance for all jobs.
  • No safety incidents or accidents.
  • Projects completed to a high standard.

About the Role:

This is a key role within the compliance team, requiring a motivated individual to oversee fire damper testing, installation, and remedial works. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of regulatory health and safety requirements and be able to maintain and manage equipment to a high standard.
