About the Role
As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll play a key role in driving store performance and delivering a premium retail experience for our customers. You'll work closely with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets, manage inventory, and lead a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with operational processes, including inventory management, audits, and banking
- Lead by example, inspiring your team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Create a welcoming and inclusive shopping environment by connecting with customers and understanding their needs
- Lead and motivate the store team in the Store Manager's absence
- Maintain high standards of store presentation and implement seasonal campaigns and promotions
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a candidate with:
- Experience managing and coaching a team to achieve group objectives
- A customer-centric approach and a willingness to advise and assist customers
- An understanding of store operations, including compliance, processes, and visual merchandising
- A collaborative mindset, committed to contributing to the development and improvement of the store and team
