Harmonic Finance™ is excited to announce an opening for a Finance Operations Manager who will play a crucial role in shaping the future growth of our dynamic and values-driven accounting firm.

Founded in 2016, our vibrant accounting firm proudly serves around 200 clients, including renowned musicians, Hollywood actors, social media influencers, and content creators. With offices across the UK and the United States, we represent artists from over 20 countries, establishing strong connections within the creative industry.

With a dedicated team of 25 and an impressive revenue of approximately £3 million, our firm has thrived during and after the pandemic, positioning itself for further expansion. The Role:

As a Finance Operations Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring the success of our clients by managing the daily accounting functions of their businesses. Your positive influence will be felt as you help clients navigate their accounting and bookkeeping needs while mentoring a junior team of associates, aligning with our firm’s commitment to professional development.

Reporting to an exceptional head of accounting, this position offers a high degree of autonomy and is ideal for candidates who excel in delivering outstanding service to clients. With ambitious growth plans on the horizon, there will be ample opportunities for personal and professional advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of clients
  • Manage a team of 3 Accounting Associates
  • Oversee specific project management initiatives
  • Assist in budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and KPI reporting
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements
  • Lead system enhancement initiatives as needed
  • Support broader business objectives with ad hoc tasks

Essential Qualifications:

  • ACA / ACCA Qualified or Part Qualified
  • Experience in a client-facing role

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Dext software

Compensation: Up to £50k plus bonus and benefits package
