Customer Success Executive

My client, a leading software provider in Northern Ireland, is seeking a motivated individual with a background in Account Management or Customer Success to join their talented team in the Belfast office.

As a Customer Success Executive, you will be responsible for managing multiple customer accounts, identifying new sales opportunities, and negotiating commercial and contractual terms for new product lines and ongoing accounts.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing customer relationships to drive growth and retention
  • Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities
  • Negotiating contracts and agreements with customers
  • Providing product support and training to customers

Requirements include:

  • 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in technology, consulting, or insurance/financial/utilities
  • Target-driven mindset and excellent analytical skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Degree in a business or IT field
