Medical Planner

NBBJ is seeking a seasoned Medical Planner to join our team in London. As a Medical Planner, you will play a critical role in the design and planning of complex healthcare projects, including large-scale hospitals.
Key Responsibilities- Design and plan hospitals and clinics, collaborating with clients to identify objectives and formulate options.
- Effectively participate in Clinical User Group meetings and client presentations, showcasing your expertise in medical planning.
- Lead HC projects from briefing/concept design through construction administration, leveraging your leadership and management skills.
- Work in a collaborative environment with design teams, consultants, and clients, driving innovation and excellence in healthcare design.
- Minimum 10+ years of Medical Planning experience in complex healthcare projects of any scale.
- Demonstrated excellence in design and innovation, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality healthcare projects.
- Experience leading HC projects from briefing/concept design through construction administration, with a strong understanding of LEAN Concepts and C-Sheet Process.
- Excellent written, verbal, and graphic communication skills, with the ability to present complex information effectively.
- Proactive and independent approach to work, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
