We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to join our team at ScaleWise, a leading Fintech startup revolutionizing the B2B trading industry and energy market through our patented AI technology.

As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving new user acquisition across new and existing accounts, managing complex sales cycles, and building strong, trust-based relationships with clients.

Their technology reduces cognitive load for traders, enabling better decision-making and enhancing trading efficiency.

With a vision to substantially increase its current ARR of $2 million by the end of 2025, our client is expanding its technology across additional trading desks and geographies.

  • Limited Predictive Insights: Manual analysis is less accurate and more time-consuming.

Main Focus for the Role
  • Driving new user acquisition across new and existing accounts.
  • Managing complex sales cycles with an average deal size of 15k ARR per user, with most deals being 3+ users.
  • Building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with clients.
  • Contributing to the development and refinement of sales strategies.
Fundamental Skills and Experience
  • Minimum three years of proven success in SaaS sales, with experience in managing complex sales cycles (15k+ per user size deals ideally).
  • Familiarity with the Fintech, B2B trading, and/or data terminals sector.
  • Strong understanding of consultative sales processes and the ability to build deep levels of trust with clients.
