Key Responsibilities:- Lead innovation and influence change in the Children Looked After service across the Northeast Lincolnshire health community.
- Ensure adherence to legislation, policy, and key statutory and non-statutory guidance.
- Deliver a high-quality, responsive service to meet the health needs of the Children Looked After population through research-based practice and audit of quality standards.
- Facilitate the service on a day-to-day basis, through clinical leadership, managerial and operational responsibilities for the Children Looked After team.
- Provide a high level of operational expertise to improve health outcomes for Children Looked After and care leavers.
- Work closely with the Local/regional agenda and partner agencies to safeguard the continuous delivery of high-quality services, identifying gaps, and managing risks across the area of service delivery.
