Job Title: Named Nurse for Children Looked After

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and compassionate Named Nurse to join our team at Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Children's Services team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to children in need.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead innovation and influence change in the Children Looked After service across the Northeast Lincolnshire health community.
  2. Ensure adherence to legislation, policy, and key statutory and non-statutory guidance.
  3. Deliver a high-quality, responsive service to meet the health needs of the Children Looked After population through research-based practice and audit of quality standards.
  4. Facilitate the service on a day-to-day basis, through clinical leadership, managerial and operational responsibilities for the Children Looked After team.
  5. Provide a high level of operational expertise to improve health outcomes for Children Looked After and care leavers.
  6. Work closely with the Local/regional agenda and partner agencies to safeguard the continuous delivery of high-quality services, identifying gaps, and managing risks across the area of service delivery.
