About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Finance Transformation Project Manager to lead the implementation of SAP S/4 Hana across our organization. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for delivering business benefits through the successful delivery of finance components of the project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation of SAP S/4 Hana across our organization, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including business leaders and project team members.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective communication plans to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in delivering multiple end-to-end projects, preferably based on the SAP S/4 Hana platform.
  • Demonstrated track record of successful project delivery, including managing timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Familiarity with SAP modules relevant to our organization's processes (OTC, RTR, P2P, TCM, Manufacturing and Logistics, etc.).
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to quickly establish credibility with business leaders and other stakeholders.
  • Flexible and proactive attitude, with a willingness to adapt to changing project requirements and business needs.
